Project Overview

For a Texas-based commercial building, an 8,500 square foot Scan to BIM conversion project was completed in 3 days. Despite the challenge of lacking 360 images in the scan data, an in-house AI tool and quality assurance tool were used to accurately develop an LOD-500 model from point clouds, minimizing human intervention and maintaining quality throughout.
