Project Overview

For a New York-based commercial building, a 95,000 square foot Scan to BIM conversion project was completed in 10 days, averaging 10,000 square feet per day. Despite delays and technical issues with point cloud uploads, as well as the challenge of modeling extensive MEP systems in large areas with high service concentrations, an in-house AI tool and quality assurance tool were used to minimize human intervention and maintain quality throughout.
